If you want to, or already have your own dot .com internet name we here at Disk Works of South Jersey DO NOT & CAN NOT HOST these pages on our diskworks.com site, you will need to have your own server to put your web pages, but you can hire our company to do the work for you. We can design your pages, up-load them to the server of your choice and up-date your pages as needed. If you are not set up with your own server, we can provide you with a server for your own HOME on the internet through "Value Web.net" to put your web site on.
This is a monthly cost over and above design, creation & up-dating of your pages.

This area covers price break-down for:
1. Your dot .com name.

1, - Your own dot.com name:
The cost is $100.00 to register your name for two years with N.I.C. This can be done by you or through our company. The bill will be sent to you for payment. NOW THAT YOU HAVE A NAME.

2, - Your own Server:
You need a server to put your web site(pages) on. With Value-Web Hosting (where the diskworks.com site is hosted) the price ranges from $19.95 - $49.95 per month depending on the type of account you need.
example:
REGULAR ACCOUNT; for Personal & Small Business Sites (just getting started):$29.00 set-up fee and $19.95@month - 50 mg storage for your pages and graphics (photos), 2000 mg data transfer (band width) you get 6 mail boxes ect. I will forward more info. upon request..
COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT; if you plan to expand and do big business a Commercial site is the way to go: $39.00 set-up fee & $49.95@month - you get your own Virtual Secure Server.. http://www.yourdomain.com to be able to take orders & payments right on the internet 24 hours a day 7 days a week, cgi scripting, 100 mg's of storage space for all of your pages and graphics (photos of your products), 5000 mg's data transfer (band width) and 12 mail boxes, Virtual FTP server
ftp://ftp.yourdomain.com, auto responders ect. I will forward more info. upon request.

3, - You need Web Page Creation:
If you need pages created to up-load to your site.
First Page = $35.00
Second Page = $25.00
Third & Fourth Pages = $15.00 @ piece
Page number 5 and up = $10.00 @ piece
Printable order form min. charge = $5.00
Prices include E-Mail Links, graphics, photo scanning (avg. 3 per page) and any animations. Check the special at bottom of the page.

4, - Up-dates, up-loading, & changes:
You will have your own personal account and password to FTP your files to your site. You will do your own up-dates and make any changes to you pages as you see fit.

Disk Works of South Jersey to do this for you we charge $25.00 per hour, to do the work for you. Time will be broken down in 10 minute segments.
(This charge is for any work to be done by Disk Works of South Jersey to your pages/site when you request)

5, - Your existing pages on the Internet:
Any Other Server: If you now have a web site on any other server and want to move to our server and have our company take care of your site for you we can down-load all of your existing pages and graphics, make any necessary changes and up-load them to you new server.
This is important: ( If your pages were designed for you and have a Copyright © "You must get written permission from the Creator/Webmaster to move and use them elsewhere" )
FEE WITH A ONE (1) YEAR AGREEMENT; we charge $15.00 per hour, to do the work for you. Time will be broken down in 10 minute segments.
On diskworks.com: Important information.{ please read }
If you are already on the diskworks.com site and we have created a web page/pages for you or your company they can be converted, re-linked and up-loaded to your new .com site.
Only: if you have completed the "ONE FULL YEAR " of being hosted with our company as was the original agreement; when we started on your pages/site. The date: starts the day your first URL Registration was run, not when you first contacted Disk Works of South Jersey for information about web page creation.

ALL OF THE PAGES WE DESIGN "ARE COPYRIGHTED" AND CAN NOT BE COPIED, REPRINTED OR USED { ON ANY OTHER SITE } "WITHOUT OUT OUR WRITTEN CONSENT" ALL PAGES ARE THE PROPERTY OF DISK WORKS OF SOUTH JERSEY UNLESS OTHER WISE NOTED !!!

If we design pages for your Company, Business or Service; they are Our pages with your information on them and until you pay Disk Works of South Jersey for the rights to them, that's what they are..OUR PAGES simple as that..

Disk Works of South Jersey can put your business on the Internet under the diskworks.com / name at a lower price than anyone else because of the time we put in and the work that we do for free that everyone else charges up-front fee's for and that will never change...BUT when your business grows and you are ready to move on and up anything that was free while you were being hosted under the diskworks.com/name is NOT FREE ANYMORE..It's time to wake up to the REAL WORLD, having your own dot-com name and your own site is not really cheep unless you can do the work yourself !!!

6, - Other charges:
These charges will apply for a change-over to Your own DOT-COM name:

Set-up fee for your URL Registration for your new dot-com site. ($25.00 which includes your first session)

Fee for any scanning done for your original pages/site to be used on your new dot-com site. (.50 cents per scan for each photo, slide or document)

A per HOUR charge of (Not less than $15.00 or more than $25.00) or a per PAGE fee from section #3 above for design for your original pages/site to be used on your new dot-com site will be charged accordingly depending on length of time you were on the diskworks.com site.
Example: if your pages were hosted on the diskworks.com area for only 6 months and you now want to change to a DOT-COM name on a new server with Disk Works of South Jersey still doing the work - a fee equal to 50% for any design hours and 50% for all other work DONE, will be charged for you to use what we have done (see note below) for you or your company.
If you want to move your site/pages to a new server elsewhere on the internet for any reason, a fee equal to 75% for any design hours and 100% for all other work DONE, will be charged for you to use what we have done (see note below) for you or your company.

Note: There can and will not be any exceptions--------- period dot.
Our time for creating, designing, scanning, gathering information on the internet, building your pages the way you want them, adding links, making sure everything works, working on the graphics/photos and other related work was done up-front for FREE. This can add up a lot of time that our webmasters spent on your work that you were not charged at all for, in any way, shape or form - AT ANY TIME "ONLY", while you stayed under the diskworks.com name.
