Things you should know.
Carports are Framed with 2 1/4"x2 1/4" galvanized metal. We are not responsible for permits, covenant searches, restrictions or acts of God (such as Flooding, hail, lightning, wind, ice, snow, earthquakes, ect....). Please contact your local Building Inspector or Homeowners Association for information.
LOT MUST BE LEVEL or UNIT WILL BE INSTALLED "AS IS" on lot.

ORDER PROCESS: Pay 10% deposit to Disk Works of South Jersey (Dealer #J-070) to place your order.

Pay the balance + Your State Sales Tax to the subcontractor after delivery-assembly.

(ALL CREDIT CARD ORDERS ADD 3%)

Balance must be PAID BEFORE the subcontractor leaves.

A "Newmart Builder" representative will call you to set-up the delivery date & installation

As of 10/1/2021 (Aprox. 24 - 28 weeks from date of deposit to delivery)
